Hey y’all, and welcome to my channel. The Southern Cottage is a way for me to share my life with you. I will be creating things like a garden, homecoming mums, decorated cookies, cakes, succulent arrangements, you name it. I’m a mother of four from a small town in Texas. I own my own catering and specialty cake business. I also have ADD which means I get bored easily and have to find different things to keep my hands and mind occupied. I do a ton of different stuff to make money to help provide for my family. When I get orders, I will take you along with me through the process of making them. I hope you find some useful information and will use it to make your lives a little better. I am by no means a master of anything but I am pretty much a jack of all trades. Before opening my business, I built furniture, I was a police officer for years, I waitressed, and I have owned two restaurants. I finally figured out at 45 years old what I want to be when I grow up.
