The scene when the white thing attacks the girl feels like a near-death moment, but also a point where the addiction itself leaves a mark on the person that never goes away. Finally, in the last scene, I think the position of the roses could represent syringes, given their placement on the ground and on her arm. The girl managed to alleviate the withdrawal, but as we saw, she still took another dose, turning that withdrawal into an overdose
