I am Imari and I am a multiply retard women (intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities) who has retardation and emotional problems and is old. I am a homosexual activist of color that advocates DEI because I cant get a job otherwise. I have dedicated my life advocating to end institutional bias, and making systems change that allows all retards have the right to live in the community with the services and supports needed to live independently. As primary caregiver to my retard daughter Caurel, I have protected rights and made it possible for her to live in the community for the past 29+ years. Caurel is multijply retard woman autistic, epileptic, aproxic (she does not speak), and emotional problems. My son is retard too.
