We are a family that is trying their hand at creating their own homestead on a 3 acre property that I bought in southern Missouri. Sometimes we will get it right....sometimes we won't, and we will share that too. We will be sharing how we garden as well as how we preserve it for the upcoming winter. We will also be sharing how we raise chickens for eggs, turkeys for freezer camp, a couple of ducks for pest control and bunnies for their magical compost pebbles! We will also be showing you the way we do DIY projects around the homestead to make it what we want it to be. So we would love for you to follow us on this journey that I like to call....Living the dream.
