As someone who's experienced the challenges of ADHD firsthand, I know how important it is to not feel alone in our quest for any sort of normalcy. We're here to share the tips and techniques that make ADHD a little easier to understand.

Aside from all that serious business, we're just here to share our current hyperfixations, whether it's new music from a completely new genre, or an addictive game that we just default to when we *should* be doing something else. (Procrastinators, we see you. We are you.)
