Power Hardstyle

Trying to establish a new genre -- Power Hardstyle; Since the moniker "nustyle" is unlikely to disappear and will forever be called hardstyle. Truly hard hardstyle should get a new name because it doesn't belong in the same category with nustyle.

The name "hardstyle" is polluted with nustyle because the latter is what most people nowadays know it as. Just look at hardstyle.com, the site that should represent the genre. It doesn't show any sign of hardness - the music you can find there is 90% nustyle. Which is precisely why the hardstyle tracks that I'm promoting here are in need of a new umbrella term. Ideas for naming today's hardstyle were: "real hardstyle", "early hardstyle", "supreme hardstyle", etc. "Power hardstyle" is a strong personal favorite because I find it fits the music perfectly.

These tracks are powerful and energetic. This is where they differ from nustyle:
- no pitched kicks
- no tok kicks
- no cheese overdose (cheap melodies)
