Chris is a Veteran Army Combat Engineer with a Bachelorβs Degree in Advanced Culinary Arts. He proudly served his country as well as his patrons having worked in the food industry for 17 years. He has always been an upbeat, positive person but having been recently diagnosed with cancer and completing treatment further impressed upon him the need to do what makes you happy and the time for what you want in life is now. No more excuses. No more waiting. He dove into YouTube to share his education and experience with you and also have a lot of fun! Food is a journey we are all on together.
