I'm going to be honest, the fact that the coat is so huge really adds to the vibe of 'a child wearing their father's coat', which is super fitting for the creature despite his stature. very cool very awesome

Rachel harvesting pieces for the Creature cosplay is the most Victor thing ever

You might want to consider wearing ankle stabilizer wraps when at a convention.

One thing I have always admired about Rachel is that she is not afraid to make something / someone gross, scary, or ugly. She’s definitely having so much fun at those conventions and generally in life too. A true icon of our time!

Rachel, you might want to consider adding in finger loops to your sleeves? For when you wear it as a cosplay all day long. The finger loops attach to the end of the sleeve & hook onto your middle finger with elastic palm side. That way when you raise your arms, the sleeves always stay down. Wedding & formal dresses can have them. If you wanted to look up what the heck im talking about. Just a thought. This coat is beautiful. Turned out amazing.

It doesn't just look like a real coat, it IS a real coat. A darkly beautiful look

Can we just take a moment to recognize how far your sewing skills have come? I’ve been sewing since I was like 10 and I don’t know if I would take on an overcoat. Very impressive, my dear. Of course, I generally sew things that I would wear in the real world, but don’t forget at this point you are highly qualified to do that too. I know you do some of that, but I think you could do a heck of a lot more.

I said "Wow!" out loud and started to well up with emotion during the reveal. The first look back over the shoulder was chilling.

“Eat lots of gingerbread and potatoes.” Yes, ma’am! I will do my utmost. Have a fantastic break - it’s definitely well-earned!
