UW Study Abroad offers more than 260 study abroad programs spanning six continents for UW-Madison students of all majors and academic levels. Study abroad courses count toward degree requirements, enhance on campus learning, build desirable professional skills, and more! Many programs offer internship, research, and service-learning components. Scholarships, grants and financial aid are available.
UW Study Abroad is comprised of four offices. The main study abroad office on campus is International Academic Programs (IAP), which works in close partnership with study abroad offices within the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences, the College of Engineering, and Wisconsin School of Business to offer programs specifically designed for their student academic needs. Together, we are UW Study Abroad.
