Stuff I use:

Hardware:
- Wacom Cintiq 22HD
- Logitech G700s mouse (I map the side buttons to flash shortcuts. Easier than reaching up to F7, shift+F5, etc.)

Software:
- Flash CS6 (to make the actual animations and drawings)
- Manga Studio 5
- Swivel (to convert .SWF to .MP4 -- this is free and works like a charm)
- Chronolapse and VirtualDub for making timelapses

Tupperware:
- for storing sandwiches
