Yes, I'm the guy who went on AB's channel one day and left a comment with one word only. Meep. People dismissed it as a common anoyance and left it alone. Then days later, more people started saying meep also. 'Meeping" became a regular comment on AB's channel. Soon, it wasn't just AB's channel. Soon it was DB's channel, and 205's channel, and of course my channel, but "Meeping" was the big thing. Until AB removed his channel comments : / The whole entire thing fell from a hypermeme to a small inside joke. And that is the Tale of Meep.
