My name is Hapi, don't wear it out! Welcome to my YouTube channel, where you'll get an inside look in to the hectic life of a full time parent and business woman who is just trying to stay on track with my own life and fitness goals! I'll post videos about everything; workouts, meals, cooking, lifestyle videos, etc. If it has to do with health and fitness, i'll strap on my GoPro and film it for you guys!
