Hi! I'm Tiana Gandelman, and I have surpassed what was expected of me from the start. Growing up in a small town, my big-city dancer dreams were frowned upon. But that did not stop me. I landed jobs with pop stars like Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears on and off for a decade. Overcoming what people back home thought I couldn't do. Naturally, one would choreograph after a dance career, but that didn't excite me. My curiosity led me to those behind the camera, and I worked on creative teams for shows like The X Factor, America's Got Talent, and the 65th Grammy Awards. When I stepped in as Creative Director, I led a diverse, all-female team to the finish line of the Masked Singer for many seasons. I did it again! I overcame what the dance community expected of me. I've launched the Creative Director Pro Academy and Community, where I mentor those aspiring to work on creative teams, so they too can overcome the expectations placed upon them.
