I could imagine what if Shauna causes her own downfall. In the style of what happens to Park Yeon Jin in the Glory. She ends up being exposed for the murders she did both as a teen and adult (and possibly get framed for Lottie's murder) and not only does she end up in prison for life, but she becomes the most hated woman in the world and in prison she faces other bullies who treat her like a servant as compared to her life as the Antler Queen where she did the same, making Shauna finally realise that no one else was responsible for her downfall: not her friends, not Coach Ben, not the Wilderness, but her and she cries.

I'm of the firm belief that the wilderness isn't some evil entity but rather some sort of force that placed the yellowjackets in a sort of time loop in order for them to learn some sort of lesson. Because really when you look at the series the wilderness doesn't do anything evil to them and actually seems to protect and take care of them in certain instances.

It'll be funny if it looks like they're chasing after each other blood 4 blood when in reality they're actually on thr same team chasing someone else on there tail .

You still don't get it. "It" doesn't choose anything. The characters choose; everything the did was their own doing. "The wilderness" didn't make them do it anymore than the devil made you do it or low blood sugar made you do it. As Shauna said "it was always just us". Crediting happenstance as fate or the actions of a higher power is a coping mechanism and also a way of avoiding accountability. Natalie said "the wilderness chose" when Javi drowned in the ice hole is her way of justifying not saving him to avoid being a victim herself; nor did "the wilderness" demand a hunt, the girls themselves made that decision. They did that because they wanted to. Everyone did what they did because they wanted to, even if trauma and extreme circumstances motivated them towards choices they normally wouldn't make otherwise. NO ONE really believes in any of this in their core. They aren't being haunted and stalked by "the wilderness", they are haunted by the things that they did and the things that were done to them. They don't need rituals to resolve their troubles; they need accountability and therapy- they might even need their secrets to be outed so they don't have to carry them anymore.

I don't see any reason why these grown adult women would ever go back to the Wilderness for some "final ritual" instead of just going to therapy. It could've worked if these writers didn't have already disregarded all the (in my opinion) most interesting aspects of the show: the mystery, the magical and supernatural elements. If there's no "It" and it's all just trauma, then there's no point. Unfortunately, it just sounds silly.
