Known as 'that crazy ginger dude' who climbs buildings & does 'stupid' stuff around the world, I've always been so interested in health & fitness but I struggle with motivation a lot myself, I go through stages of pure commitment to no commitment at all & eating junk food, not working out.. I want to use this channel as an excuse to work out everyday & inspire/help other people to also workout :)
