I've been featured in the New York Times, and have appeared with Japanese TV personality, Marc Matsumoto. I've also collaborated with famous YouTubers like James Makinson. I offer you PRO-LEVEL, hard-to-find Japanese recipes, in ENGLISH. If you've ever seen a Japanese dish and thought, "I wish I knew how to make THAT!" You've come to the right place! I lived in Japan for YEARS in my youth, and I know how to do it RIGHT! But I also do other foods too!

My cameraman (Thunderjack) is also my best friend in real life, and (aside from Japanese) he often challenges me to make the world's most amazing dishes, all while we're throwing (verbal) rocks at each other! The beer and laughter also flows here, because what better to match up with great food, right?
