I dived into Yoga from a traumatic rock climbing accident.Yoga transformed and healed my body, mind and spirit and continues to do so every single time I practice. This practice makes me realize that the real source of happiness is within all of us,we don't need to search for happiness outside.

Every individual should practice Yoga,Whichever style they connect with. Asana works on every part of the body,Improving health,vitality and well being of the body.
