Life, for me, is driven by an unyielding curiosity. What does it mean to live well? What does it mean to be human in this body, in this time in history? I strive to live connected, to both my fellow human beings and with the earth that support us and food is my way of bringing us together. This YouTube page is a place for connection, a place to share good food, family recipes and cooking techniques that I've learned from around the world.

My approach cooking has been shaped by hundreds of other cooks that have come before me and for them I am eternally grateful.
