Run Free and Strong
Description
Run Free and Strong is about setting goals, exploring limits, staying healthy, and having fun. Running is a way of life that enables me to explore, discover and learn. I would like to share my experience and hopefully inspire others.
I started running in my early teens and was a member of the middle and high school cross country and track teams. I continued in college and ran Division 1 cross country and track. Post-collegiate, I enjoyed running to balance my professional career and family life. I coached two sons through middle and high school, and the younger son competed at several national championships.
2025 Races:
Apr 27: Jack Bristol Lake Waramaug 50K, Kent, CT, USA
Jul 12: Trail Verbier X-Traversee by UTMB 76K, Verbier, Switzerland
Sep 26: Yeti 100 miles, Abingdon, VA, USA
Oct 11: Kodiak by UTMB 50K, Big Bear Lake, CA, USA
Nov 14: Seven Trails 30 hours, Damascus, VA, USA

Great content. No fluff, no influencer theatrics, just training and straight explanations. Keep that style, it’s solid.

Great job to grind that 3rd set out. So tough on your own on the track. But also so beneficial.
