Lyria SAS, a company governed by French law, is a subsidiary of Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Français (SNCF), which holds a 74% stake, and Chemins de Fer Fédéraux Suisses (CFF) which holds 26%. Lyria is responsible for the optimisation of operations, in terms of commercial management, production and quality control of services on board TGV Lyria trains running between France and Switzerland.
