The Pro-Life Union of Greater Philadelphia (PLU) leads the pro-life movement in the Delaware Valley. Just as the Holy Spirit breathes life and purpose into the Church, the PLU serves as the animating force behind every pro-life initiative in the region. In doing so it seeks nothing less than to re-build the Culture of Life in Philadelphia, by raising awareness of the dignity of every person - children, mothers, the infirm and the elderly - at every stage of life.

The PLU is the most far-reaching pro-life organization in the Delaware Valley. We are over fifty years old and reach over 4,000 members. We discharge our pro-life mission of evangelization and public and maternal advocacy both directly and through our 30 Associate Member Organizations (AMOs). We catalyze our network of AMOs, parishes, and strategic partnerships to spread the pro-life message and make it a lived reality through all facets of our outreach.
