This channel follows my path in the Ketogenic Lifestyle. There are Food Reviews, Recipes (Some with the kids), Weekly Eating Videos an more. I decided to start eating this way to help lose weight after I found out I had Diffuse Scleroderma, I thought it would help with the pain I had to get up and down playing with the kids if I weighed less. Little did I know that my joint pains would go away and I would start getting rid of my medical issues and prescription medications.

I have not removed my old videos from my Pre-Keto days, but the names have been changed to identify those as Pre-Keto.
