I make EAS (Emergency Alert System) Mocks/Scenarios.
If you are not familiar with EAS Scenarios here is a quick breakdown.
Many Countries have Systems in place that allow them to transmit Emergency information to as many people as quickly as possible.
The United States has the EBS/EAS and when activated the system interrupts broadcast programming on Television and Radio with messages using TTS (Text-to-speech) automated voices, or in some cases a live person.
With TTS and different video editors me and a lot of others make it possible to see what it would look and sound like if catastrophic weather or a man-made event occurred .
