Bindi Shah-Mahesh is a Mumbai based singer-composer. Her deep engagement and extensive training in music has led her to create songs for younger generations.

In 2018, she launched an English YouTube channel, ‘Bindi’s Music & Rhymes’. which has garnered over 25 Million views. In 2020, she commenced a Hindi YouTube channel, ‘Bindi ke Balgeet’ which has gained over 11 Million views. She has over 60 new compositions and 180 songs written by her.

Bindi is trained in Hindustani classical music and holds a diploma in Sitar under the tutelage of Vidushi Tulika Ghosh, and Pandit Nayan Ghosh. She is also trained in Gujarati light music under Smt. Hemangini Desai.

Besides music, she maintains a keen interest in dance and travel. She is trained in classical dance styles of Odissi and Bharata Natyam. An avid trekker, she enjoys the rare privilege of being felicitated by former Prime Minister, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee for being the youngest trekker to the Kailash Manasarovar (2000).
