Description

This Channel is a way of Teaching Cajun cooking as I leaned and know. I will include tips and Tricks to make cooking easy and fun, as well as, steps to do any type of dish. I will put a list of ingredients in the description for each meal, for which I use and love. This is not and endorsement yet, I hope to in the future. My Goal is to upload 1 Video a week on Friday or Saturday.

I first want to say I am not an expert, but I can say I have had a lot of training from a great teacher. Starting at the age of 7 when I would spend time at my grandmother's house in the bayou of Louisiana, she would have this stepping stool for me to stand next to her at the stove and teach me the ways of cooking Cajun style food. This is something I really enjoy doing. Feeding the soul with home cook meals.
