As for the ideas……… my suggestion is to make a tutorial dedicated to recourses in the game. You could explain what resources are one of the more useful ones. Most importantly, you could show some locations on the map where these items spawn consistently. As a beginner, I always struggled with finding gauze( as an example), so I had to spend quite a lot of time finding certain places. This might be a helpful tutorial, let me know in the comments.
