With The People is a band based out of New York City. Their music rises above some of the best alternative rock music of the last quarter century with singable anthems and poppy harmony filled hooks. Their live performance is based off of the audience. It is a goal of the band to have you sing along and it is hard to avoid not doing so. The band is releasing two singles in the Fall of 2014 to go with their debut performance which will be part of the Turnstyle Music Group Showcase at CMJ 2014. Nicholas Charles Thompson, Kyle Tacy, and Chris Wengert formed the group with the main goal of entertaining the audience. The energy the trio bring to songwriting and performance is infectious and exciting. Keep an eye out for much more from this new and growing band.
