Your fish looked really good!! I have to say, when it’s just my Mom and me celebrating Thanksgiving (when Wesley goes home to TN), we don’t cook the traditional turkey either. We usually do a make-your-own-hand-roll-sushi night. So I’m loving your fish Thanksgiving!!

I see nothing wrong with what you had. Who says a person has to have turkey on thanksgiving and ham on Christmas. Nothing wrong with breaking tradition. I would have headless fish, though. I don’t want my food looking at me
