Believing in the power of words to touch hearts, Khadr El Chami attempts to write and perform influential spoken word poetry that will make a change. Based out of Montreal, he has been successful in the art since his teenage years, presenting poems in both English and French. Now an Ethics and Religious Studies teacher at a local high-school, Khadr uses his many talents to benefit today's youth and promote core values, goodness towards one-another, and love for oneself through his poetry and various other discourses.
