This meditation heals you on many levels. It takes you through different brain states until you connect to the deepest part of you. The version of you that you need in that very moment. It’s perfect when listened to outside in nature—with the sun, surrounded by trees— part of this meditation will remind you, who you are, and where you’ll feel a moment of clarity: you are exactly where you are meant to be.
