I capture Minecraft using Dxtory, I run Minecraft in Full Screen mode at 1920x1080. My videos are recorded at 30 FPS eventough i play at a lot higher FPS. Which is one of Dxtory's many wonders :P
I use Sony Vegas for my video editing. I render my videos as mp4 or WMV
all my videos are in HD (720p)
My headset/mic is Corsair Vengence 1500
