I’m Glorie an Interior Designer by profession turning into Chef, Baker, Artist & Adventurer.
Cooking is my passion and I am the Chef de Cuisine of my own little Kitchen. Cooking involves knowledge of ingredients and equipment, the use of skills and techniques and the ability to plan and safely organise food preparation, usually within budget and time constraints. I learned all these in my culinary, cookery, bread & Pastries classes.
