I'm a railroad photographer from Windsor, Ontario Canada. Most of my train watching is done in and around Windsor and Essex County but I do venture Stateside and further east in Ontario to watch trains and take pictures and videos. In Windsor there are four railroads that operate here. Canadian Pacific (Windsor Subdivision), VIA Rail Canada (Chatham Subdivision), Essex Terminal Railroad (no subdivision name for their line), and Canadian National (Chatham Subdivision, Chrysler Spur, Windsor Subdivision, Pelton Spur, and CASO Spur). Windsor is the southern most city in Canada and borders Detroit, Michigan which is actually to our north. 1/4 of all North American trade passes through the city every year and CP runs multiple interchange trains to NS and CSX daily.
