Khánh Hà sang for the first time at 16. In 1969, she made her debut with pop music "Hippies À GoGo" in Saigon. She officially joined the pop music scene with Anh Tu and joined the band The Flowers to perform at various American clubs. In 1969, she joined The Blue Jets. Later on, she and her siblings formed the Uptight band in 1972. In 1986-1987, Khánh Hà officially released in 1980, her first album "Goi Giac Mo Xua" with producer Tung Giang.
