Their goal is to take the pressure off — to help you figure out which approach to journaling resonates with you. Everybody’s different and nobody’s perfect, despite what the internet might lead you to believe.

Journal Sunshine is a place for people who are interested in exploring their love of documenting their thoughts, memories and plans on paper. We'll get to try new things, practice the skills that bring us joy, and maybe even get a little messy, but that’s okay. Because we won’t be doing it alone anymore.
