Hi, I am Jason. Modelling has been a part of my life for over 50 years. That’s what this channel is built around: my personal journey with wooden and plastic kits, the challenges, the triumphs, and the quiet moments at the bench that make this hobby so rewarding.

Alongside my builds, I share my tools, techniques, product thoughts, and first Impression kit review. Our Social Group, a private Facebook space for Modelkit Stuff members, has become a friendly corner of the internet where we share builds, encourage each other, and connect beyond the hobby.

I can proudly say I have successfully helped dozens of first-time wooden ship modellers to successfully build their first kit.
