Through hikes, climbs, and honest reflections, I aim to explore the connection between nature and mental health, because it has always helped me... even when I didn't know I needed it.

My videos aren’t just about reaching the summit, they’re about slowing down, breathing deeper, and finding the stillness I think that we could all benefit from in this world.
