Smart Apply Inc. is transforming how specialty crops such as tree fruits and nuts, wine grapes, hops, and nurseries apply chemicals and capture data related to spraying. Powered by LiDAR, Smart Apply's Intelligent Spray Control System automatically senses the size/density of individual trees and vines and then applies chemicals. This stops excess spraying, lowers input costs and lessens environmental impact.
Smart Apply is the only system that automatically collects data as it sprays, generating reports documenting spray volume and savings, labor and more. The data supports requirements of regulatory, export agencies and sustainability programs. No other sprayer does this!
Sold as a kit compatible with virtually all air blast sprayers, over-the-row sprayers and GUSS Autonomous Sprayers, Smart Apply saves an average of 50% on chemicals, reduces airborne drift by up to 87% and chemical run off up to 93%. The system is integrated with the Deere Operations Center.
