We're Steve & Steph! Our channel has evolved along with our journey through life. From our beginnings as self-proclaimed weirdos who love a good laugh, we've now attempting a lifestyle centered around health and longevity and attempt at minimalism (and maximalism).

Currently, we're diving deep into the world of holistic health practices. Inspired by Steve’s autoimmune journey, we've adopted the carnivore diet, which has transformed our well-being. But it doesn't stop there – we're also practitioners of grounding/earthing, regular sauna sessions, invigorating cold plunges, mindful exercise, and meditation.
