I am a filmmaker and Poet from New Zealand. I started writing poetry as a way to process my feelings as I went through a tumultuous quarter-life crisis, brought on by a sudden awareness of the real world around me. Gone were the rose-tinted glasses of my youth. I lost my faith in Christianity and realised that a lot of the problems in the world are actually caused by me, or people like me.

This realisation - that I was actually a bad person, is a huge source of inspiration for me.
