I came home from Iraq (2006–2007) lost, empty, and convinced I was completely alone.

For years, I tried to push the demons away the wrong ways!! That was until I learned that healing can’t be forced. It has to be found.

I found mine outdoors!

The ocean. The mountains. The quiet places most people overlook.l!

Fishing, adventure, and nature became my therapy and helped save my life!!
