This channel explores unassisted aquatic movement — translating music into motion in deep water with no floor contact, weights, or assistive devices.

What appears effortless is sustained against constant resistance. Remaining upright, controlled, and expressive in 12 feet of water requires continuous engagement, breath control, and balance that isn’t visible on camera.

This work connects to Spokane Inner Peace Park, a nonprofit initiative focused on creativity and mental health. Building awareness sometimes requires unconventional approaches when paid marketing isn’t an option.

This practice is informed by navigating movement and endurance with disability, adaptability, and persistence.
