वाह अनामिका दीदी! यह गोभी के पराठे की रेसिपी तो दिल जीत लेने वाली है! जिस तरह से आपने इसे बनाने की विधि बताई है, वह बहुत ही आसान और प्रेरणादायक है। पराठों को इतनी खूबसूरती से बेलना और सेकना, वाकई एक कला है। जब भी मैं गोभी के पराठे बनाती हूँ, तो अक्सर स्टफिंग बाहर निकल आती है, लेकिन आपकी टिप्स और ट्रिक्स बहुत काम की लगीं। मैगी मसाला और इतनी चटपटे तड़के के साथ बने हुए गोभी के पराठे तो और भी टेस्टी लगते हैं देखकर ही भूख लग रही है मैं आपकी रेसिपी जरूर ट्राई करूंगी।
