It was founded when the Logan Studios original series "Liama Goes to The" needed a additional subsidiary, titled Liama LLC, along with when the other one was founded, Lusolar, which would merge later in the show's time that it existed. the Fluff Muffin channel was formed when all of this was happening because of Jackie "Mamie" Barnett. in 2025, Fluff Muffin along with Liama LLC decided to merge.
