Hello and welcome to our channel. We are Louisa and Lauren, a married couple based in Nottingham. In our spare time we love exploring and hiking, mainly in the Peak District and Derbyshire. We are firm believers of how the great outdoors can help improve mental health and we encourage everyone (if physically able) to get out in nature as much as possible.
