Good rule of thumb when asking a language model to evaluate something is to also ask it to explain its reasoning/"thought process" after you ask it for the evaluation. This helps the user assess the accuracy and validity of the model's evaluation.

I think I'm slowly coming to the realisation that the best bodyfat percentage for myself as a natural is the one that allows me to eat enough carbs before I train, and a shit ton of micros overall. If I do this with 95% whole foods I get pretty lean (not shredded), I keep slowly progressing, and I feel great. Experimenting with eating less protein and therefore more fats and carbs has also meant that I feel better and perform better at a lower bodyfat!

Your description of the ponzi scheme that is the current generative AI landscape right now was accurate (I've been in the trenches for all it's worth). Generative-AI (specifically Large Language Models) are incredibly resource consuming. I do believe that the financial system is walking itself into an inevitable collapse. It's not the first time that such thing will happen, but we do not learn from history.

Absolutely based take on AI at the end, I'm sure you're familiar with all of Ed Zitron's content?

I think that being off by a couple percent is actually pretty great, for most people it's a very useful tool. If you're a bodybuilding nerd at low BF% a couple percent IS kind of a lot, but overall, pretty good.

Back's one of the areas that I love learning more about building detail on. There's so many little things to refine and that's a lot of fun to keep things from getting too stale in the gym. My current areas that I'm working on are my wider grip vertical pulls (more adduction), rear delts and mid traps.

what's your opinion on doing heavy scap pull ups? i haven't seen a single person talk about them but it seems logical to overload them instead of treating them just as a warm up/mobility exercise, same way you do it with jefferson curls.
