Shabbos

Description

Being a multi-instrumentalist, Shabbos finds inspiration from a variety of different genres, and eclectically utilizes different musical components to create his own unique sound, which he describes as “urban popsoul with trap elements”.

As a child Shabbos started playing the drums and later moved on to the piano. Already from this point on he explored different genres, from jazz to rock. In his teens, he discovered the joy of DJ’ing and producing music himself, in contrast to just playing it. Here, he also approached music with an open mind, as he both performed the “old school” way of mixing beats using vinyl records, as well as the new wave of hardcore electronic club music.

Having his creativity opened to the different facets of what music can be, has now resulted in Shabbos’ way of defining his own procedures of making music.
