Tablet: Wacom Bamboo Fun 2008 (size small) (not a screen tablet)
(My tablet is over a decade old and still works perfectly.)
Video Editing: VideoPad version 5 *(see note below)
Screen capture: QuickTime

I have the licensed software for version 5 only, which was released in 2016. I do not know if the old version has the same issues as the new one. I stick to it because it is what I know. My comfort zone. But free and open source alternatives, such as Kdenlive, work just as well. Try those before bothering to purchase.
