I also provide my "Diet Series" recipes where I show outstanding foods that actually help you burn off the weight, all combined with my new exercise programs that make you and give you a healthy life. All have been tested, and of course, you can read the comments on the videos.

Now I also include some other types of recipes that are not of the Diet type, but we all need a little variety in life to make it exciting.
