Description

I enjoy sharing videos of sprinklers I’ve collected and refurbished. I try to include information about their history and applications as well as the history of the people and companies that made them. I worked in Irrigation in the 80’s and 90’s, and I’m nostalgic for the days when what I did left something tangible and beautiful behind.

I love old Impact Sprinklers, Rocker Jets, Cam Rotors, Vibratory Drives, Reaction Drives, Ball Drives, Gear Drives, Spray Heads, Bubblers, etc. I’m partial to defunct brands like Buckner (don’t argue), Rain-o-mat, Rain Jet, HL Gee, Weather Tec, Thompson, AC Oughton, Aqua Dial, Skinner, Imperial, Dayton, Moody, and others. I collect discontinued sprinklers from current brands like Rain Bird, both Nelson companies, Weathermatic, Toro, and Champion. Private labeled sprinklers are also of interest like Blackburn Lawn Service from Kansas and Hall Sprinkler from Texas.
